Well thank you! Just trying to make our city better one building at a time
Has an elevator and two stairs (scissor). This and Mainframe would have benefitted greatly from single stair reform. So will this building have an elevator or just stairs? Seems too narrow to have a standard elevator.

I just looked at the plans lolDo you work for MoDA or something, @CallmeCatbread ?![]()
Seems like the appellant would like for this to be a parking lot with a bike rack, park bench and a garbage bin.The opposition letter doesn't contain a lot of specifics, only some general areas of concern. Given the layout of the parcel, there's not much that can be done, and the issues for this parcel are the same as they are for the other buildings already there.
Areas of Concern:
ï‚· Access/accessibility (vehicle, pedestrian, cycling) - Not sure why this is a concern. There's an issue for pedestrians and cyclists??
ï‚· Parking or loading zones - No alleyway would make it difficult, but it's no different than the two parcels beside it.
ï‚· Garbage and recycling facility locations - Again, same as the other buildings on the block. The applicant also submitted a plan for how they will deal with waste and recycling
ï‚· Site layout - No specifics on what the issue is. What else can someone do with this type of parcel? IMO a small hotel is the best possible use.
