Seeing that they're using the dark charcoal brick on the ground level on the west-facing side, do you think that will be on the side facing 17th avenue? I feel like that's going to make this building look even darker and colder in terms of street presence.

Arlington's buildings usually seem to turn out far worse than the renders. I am worried to see just how bad Sentinel will turn out..

My expectations are at subbasement levels beneath the bottom of the barrel. So long as it isn't EIFS, hardi panels with metal easy trim or stucco I will be happy. But I'm sure it will end up with all 3 of those. Then again, they seem to have a warehouse full of discount grey vinyl siding, so maybe Sentinel will get the leftovers from this.
