Stampede Station | 273.5m | 67s | Truman | NORR

I'm no engineer or architect, but as a big skyscraper fan who travels the world just to see these in person, I'm really digging this design, the height, and how it will transform the skyline. Can't wait!
Are you from Calgary, or will you make the trip to our city once these are built?

Great to see these are progressing. Any idea on how Truman is getting the $$ for this project? The hotel component is covered, but I haven't seen any advertising or pitches to investors for the residential portion.

A company called Louson Investments is partnering with Truman on many of their big developments. I don’t know much about them though.

Seeing the name “Louson” reminded me of these unbuilt residential towers:

Usually they only need a certain threshold to be sold prior to starting construction. But I guess in this case, that is met by the hotel portion alone, so they can take their time to sell the residences. Might also help sell the residences if the building is U/C or they can firm up the details on the amenities. And for these branded residences in other cities, the hotel often tries to market it through their channel as well to national/international buyers.
