I'll take ten, just don't bring the yellow panels over to the next ones. It is okay if you're building isn't dynamic.

Now that it's getting close to complete, it really is a bizarre little project.
Lots has been commented on the vertical part, but the base and ground-orientation is pretty weird and hostile. Something about this area and the Macleod Trail car-sewers dominating the experience around here really seem to make designers struggle with designing good ground floors in the area. That proposed 3 tower mega-project from a few year back across the street from this project also had proposed a similarly bizarrely terrible podium ground floor treatment.
