Looks decent enough. This area of 16th badly needs some love. Filling in some of these parking lots and derelict houses with some multi would be a great start.

It’s a good fit for the location. Colour choices could have been better, I would’ve gone with either charcoal or white brick, and two accent colors, but I’m not going to lose sleep over the colours. It’s off on a side street, and it fulfils its purpose.
DP2024-05865 was approved, and is past the appeal period. 
Fencing has gone up around the site, maybe they're looking to go ahead. Fingers crossed.
Noticed a soil sample driller in site. The DP was released in January so maybe some activity on this one?

At least the brick is on the bottom.
It's going to be a very basic build with minimal effort towards its looks, but it's good back street filler. It'll contribute to 16th as a corridor even if it's not right on 16th.
Some good news with this one, construction will be starting soon, as in this month sometime. It's nothing special, but it's adding to all of these builds that are 16th ave or 16th ave adjacent. The more of these developments we get the better chance 16th can be improved into something that isn't a car sewer.
