It would be a lot of work to convert a 40 storey tower to a hotel, what's the tallest conversion we have had so far? The smaller floor plate would probably be a good thing in that context.

Apparently it's only 40% vacant. I don't think a conversion needs to be the full tower, but maybe conversion to a mixed use office/hotel would make sense. There's also a good amount of food options from Concorde in the building.

 
I use to work in this building and a hotel makes sense. Floorplates were typical square layouts with a large core for the elevators. I think it can easily convert to hotels with the rooms on the perimeter and the mechanical and utilities in the core.
