Seeing that they're using the dark charcoal brick on the ground level on the west-facing side, do you think that will be on the side facing 17th avenue? I feel like that's going to make this building look even darker and colder in terms of street presence.
 
I am wondering who's going to use the giant CRU space on 17th Avenue. It's quite a bit larger and taller than I was expecting from the renderings.
