The underground parkade will be interesting. Part of it is already built (shown in red) so when they build the second portion of u/g parkade I wonder if they knock out some wall space to join the two?

It seems like EV has been stalled out for a long time, but to be fair there have been three new builds in the past 4 years. Arris, M2 and EV 606. What really needs to happen is one of those large empty lots needs to get developed. Once that happens, it'll take off like a rocket.

I don't think there ever an official groundbreaking for this. I think it's kind of funny that this project is just stealthily beginning construction and the Library Square project down the road had a big flashy groundbreaking ceremony with CMLC and has been complete crickets ever since. I would have for sure thought the other project would have been the one to start construction first.
Was there a BP issued for Library Square? I recall the groundbreaking, but curious if the BP has been released yet.
