Can't remember the name of the project but the new build on the corner of 4th Ave and 5th St SW has a bunch of cladding up on it now. Reminds me of the early 2000 offices.

Oh my god. BARFFFFFFF. I didn't notice this when I drove by today. Fortunately the downtown skyline doesn't need a ton of help AND this will be hidden well I think. Podium needs to be nice though.

I don’t find the glass cladding offensive. At least it’s consistent and without Cidex levels of spandrel panels.
