It will come down to how well the "copper" exterior is executed, but if that turns out well this could be a real stunner! Really liking how the SAIT campus is coming together.
I work on the design side, and this is pretty much my universal opinion now. Large glulam/CLT is perhaps my favourite material by a country mile. It is so damn sexy when done right.
