Soil sampling is a good sign though. Every tower ever built has had soil sampling go ahead before a construction start.

I'd like to see this go ahead. With two other buildings going up kitty corner, this being built would transform that part of the Beltline.

It’s been a rough area over the years, but it’s been improving. It might only be my perception, but it already feels busier than it used to be.
Once Beltline block, the Galloway, and the TransAlta building conversion are done, we’re looking at another thousand residents added.
