Trico's Wentworth Landing is a new sub-community they are building in West Springs, in the remnant land in the NW corner of Bow Trail and 85th Street. They have been marketing their single family homes that it will have on a few lots connected to the existing low density residential that exists in the area already, but there is a significant multi-family / commercial portion of the community that is a bit of an island unto itself in this area. The first large multi-family DP has been submitted, so I thought I would start a thread for this area. I will get to a map of it to track projects as part of this first post later, but for now, here is some information:

Sales for this project launched last weekend, with a sales centre now on site. Also, the next DP has been submitted for Site D, the MU-1 parcel adjacent to 85th Street, where the sale centre now sits. Pretty substantial, 3 apartment buildings and 1 commercial building:
