Getting Korean to take over YYC-ICN and redeploying that airframe elsewhere would be great, but as much as I want it to happen I don't really see it happening.

Considering Korean is a minority owner in Westjet anything could be possible until new frames arrive.

Porter and the Montreal Metropolitan Airport (formerly St. Hubert) had a bit of an announcement today regarding the routes PD will be starting from YHU this summer.
Included 7x weekly YHU-YYC, complimenting YUL-YYC. They begin on June 17th.

I don't think Korean has too many cross holdings, unlike Delta, so the fact they've taken a stake, I can definitely see ICN-YYC. They also have a lot of widebodies on order, especially with the 777-9 delays, so they're likely not able to run as many flights as they want.
