There's a lot of well deserved Truman love for all that they are doing for our city, but I nominate Bucci as a solid 2nd place developer for city building. None of their projects are particularly high profile, but they are generally of high quality

I still remember watching Calgary General Hospital being exploded and demolished. Nearly 28 years ago. God, I'm so old. Also, Bridgeland has truly transformed in those 28 years.
I really like how all of Calgary's inner city destination neighborhoods have been evolving, but lately it feels like their evolution process has been kicked up a notch. Bridgeland arguably has seen the most change in a relative context.

I've always found the east part of Bridgeland to be a bit desolate and depressing. I'm sure it's largely due to the generally terrible '70s-90s architecture in the area. This development ought to really help turn the corner.
