That would be a super awesome if it was going ahead. Between Francesco, Sovereign, 17th ave mixed use, and proposals like Broadway and First on 17th. 17th is receiving so much love.

Its becoming a pretty great urban street so I'm not surprised that people want to live near it (or that developers are confident that people want to live near it).

I’m guessing they’ll move the equipment over to Plaza next week, let it sit there for a while and then move it back. It’s all a master plan to put our blood pressure through the roof.

Interesting. I wonder if this is really going ahead or simply clearing the last abandoned building? IIRC, that building has been abandoned ever since Calcutta Cricket Club correct?

Are people actually buying these places? Does anyone have any intel? It'll be a nice place to live but it just feels like a terrible time for this.
Of all the proposals, this might be the one I want to see the most...even more than Stampede Station.
