Such a sneaky conversion. Big one too - 264 unit's is huge. That's another 300 - 350 people living as central as it gets, with a Plus-15 connection right into Suncor's new podium renovation. Would be a weird place to live, but ultra-accessible to so much stuff someone would want it live here.

Had this been a new build we'd have been all excited about a building of this scale. Really highlights the whole office conversion approach. The buildings will hardly change but there will slowly be more and more people in the core 24/7.

This one caught my eye, 2BR/2 Bath; about $2,700 / month. Rather uniquely, it has windows on three sides of the apartment - I don't recall seeing that before.
