The train station will eventually also bring lots of foot traffic to the area - both tourists, and locals heading to and from Banff/Edmonton.

Realistically that's a decade out at minimum. And if a developer truly thinks so, they'd hold the land until there's concrete plans for it before building anything.

Thank god the rendering guy at HOK didn't irrationally give it a metallic/reflective sheen, ala BMO Centre. I expect a flat-ish light grey, and i'll bet BIG money that's what we get lol

In the design brief the cladding is supposed to be a matte metallic texture and the fins a reflective aluminum so I guess we'll see

correct, but these rendering man...no composite reflects like a mirror lol
