I’m guessing it’ll be concrete. A metal diagram would mostly be a bolt on for decoration.

I’d be happy with a diagrid, made from steel or concrete. Mass timber would be Uber cool.

The diagrid looks concrete on the ground floor, then steel above.

This is the most interesting of the towers until Stampede Station gets built. Lincoln, with its gold material could be an interesting one to watch.
