Its definitely not great, but I think it'll look better once its all complete.

Has a sort of northern European look to it, but would have been built somewhere to break up some commblock monotony that doesn't exist near this site.

Still, I think I'd prefer pixelslop like this over the block long gallows building starting on 13th, although seeing block long pixelslop would probably change my mind..

At least Cairo developments isn't designing to mimic their namesake city!

Lol... how on earth do you think this thing will ever be surrounded? It fronts onto a stroad, on a park facing the river, backed against a schoolyard, and a relatively recently built condo across the street

I remember the condo across the street being built when I was going to Saint Mary's highschool 26 years ago. It's not new. I think Nest is an improvement over that suburban looking garbage.
