IMO that patio is not a replacement - it's shady (south side of the street), and too small.Strategic can take a decade to complete this and keep doing what strategic does and the ship can break their lease with no penalty and move here.

I believe the plan is to replace the existing brick apartment building, then add a couple floors to the existing office building the ship is in, converting the office floors to apartmentsI thought the building that The Ship was in is owned by Arlington Street and was recently renovated?
Edit: Nevermind. I see this is a separate building. For some reason I remembered it being one big parcel. So is the plan to replace both the office building and the small brick apartments?

It looks like the plan is to renovate/convert the office building at 534 (leaving untouched the ground floor where the Ship is), and tear down/rebuild the little apartment building at 532.So is the plan to replace both the office building and the small brick apartments?
Strategic are super shady, I've worked with them on a few projects and always hated it. They are in it to make money first and foremost, and will cut corners wherever they can to ensure they meet their profit targets. Why do you think someone tried to murder their CEO?Is there something actually wrong with Strategic or are we all just hung up on the conversion of a 75 year old building being very slow?
