I remember thinking that a over decade ago on the "other forum" when we had the amazing renderings of proposed developments, not understanding the true likelihood of things getting built that things were going to look amazing in no time (things do look a lot better but that rendering was next level, sad face with what happen to the buildings shouldering the Calgary tower). However, with the momentum behind a lot of the current announcements, it really 'feels' like a few amazing beltline and river district items are mostly going to happen.

While this is smaller scale then that entire old rendering, some of this stuff is still cool and wide ranging ... I am letting myself get excited again! Its the hope that kills ya...
