Interesting that they are copying the window style. It kind of works. These windows that barely open for any fresh air is not my thing though.

was by there today, its gonna need some tlc on the detailing after they finish it up. building doesnt look worth saving in its current state.

The asymmetry of the roof extension and the vision glass windows on the west side that don’t match the rest of the building bother me.
I can't figure out the reason for the roof extension asymmetry. I'm going to post that pic on Reddit r/mildlyinfuriating
Now we know why this is taking so long. They need a bigger cement bucket! lol.

Considering how quickly the other conversions went, this one is super slow.
Even with the addition of a floor, it’s still very slow progress.

Went back to the first page of this thread - it was a simpler time when this thread was started way back in 2018! Made me remember we were all still complaining about how long it took to build Telus Sky!
8 years (and counting) to renovate a building. yikes.
Across the lot at the Strategic building there was a roof top party. I’m guessing it wasn’t to celebrate the completion of the Barron building.
