I really wish that heritage building in the foreground was some type of restaurant or something. Seems like such a missed opportunity to not utilize that patio space along the river for something like that.

Memorial is a total car sewer. I can't imagine a patio would do very well there when it would have to compete with existing patios a block away on a much nicer street.

I guess but this one is lucky enough to be on the backside of the building and face the river so I think it would have a shot at working.

I don't think its much different then other busy streets. 17th ave in rush hour can be bumper to bump, and there are patio's a plenty.
