Yeah, this definitely exceeded expectations. That frontage with the stairs and narrow sidewalk is still pretty terrible, but that's not really the buildings fault. Maybe someday they can extend the sidewalk.

This looks great! It's kind of annoying that a car sewer like Macleod Trail can get a 5-over-1 building like this, but then similar buildings in more prominent locations get the cheapest exteriors.

I don't disagree but this isn't exactly winning any awards either. It is the subtle things that make this a little better.

Ugh fix Macleod as each development happens. Great building but a terrible sidewalk with no street trees and just no thought from the City on designing a hospitable public realm for those on foot.

I had unrealistic hopes the Toyota dealership across Macleod would suddenly decide to give up their land and we would get a nice development here, but I see they have changed their name, that makes me feel like that new owners bought it and those unrealistic hopes sank even lower. Subaru investing in its massive renovation was probably the nail in the coffin for anything cool happening to this area
