Using their experience at the Viscount Bennett site, here's hoping they can take on some other former institutional properties and turn them into multi-family, multi-structure developments. Thinking of at least part of Westbrook specifically if not some other TOD.![]()

Classes start there this week. I am not, fortunate circumstances led to me being able to check it out. While SAPL has access to it apparently, one of the floors is a fully stocked gym with towel service and such. Not sure what the cost will be, and I assume it will also be for future tenants in the building.Are you a student, Nimbus?

This could be an exciting one to watch. O2 has in the past been involved in some pretty ambitious proposals (Broadway on 17th, Marc & Mada, the Grace Hospital site, getting Kit approved at 15 storeys in Kensington) so I am curious to see what the plan is for this site.
