Great little 6 storey midrise infill planned for 14 ST SW in Bankview. This will replace two derelict bungalows. Will have commercial space for a cafe etc. at ground level. Calgary needs a lot more of this type of infills! Design is by FAAS.

As much as I’m disappointed they refused the proposal for the 19th street NW, I’m hoping maybe we’ll get 3 or 4 of these in place if it.
