Anyone know if a Public Hearing has been held or if it has gone to Planning Commission per the outline schedule ?
As far as I can tell, neither of these things has happened. The LOC2025-0146 is still in the initial status of Submitted.Anyone know if a Public Hearing has been held or if it has gone to Planning Commission per the outline schedule ?
I saw this the other day. If it's true, and Admin hasn't even processed this file yet, let alone put it on the calendar, that's incredibly embarassing. As far as I can tell, neither of these things has happened. The LOC2025-0146 is still in the initial status of Submitted.
I'm not familiar with the process but I'm sure with a big developer like Truman, there's back and forth behind the scenes, that the city isn't just slow in processing the file, and Truman isn't going to just sit on their hands checking the dmap status.I saw this the other day. It's been 6 months.
Yeah it's concurrent, sometimes safer projects will go that route. Maybe that's why the LOC hasn't been updated, could be the same file manager handling both, so they don't update the LOC? Not sure what the City's internal system for this looks like though. In this case, the land use is integral to the overall building design, because they will need to utilize density bonusing in order to build to the FAR they are proposing, which will need to be integrated into a DC bylaw (a customized land use for the site). So negotiations between Truman and the planning dept will be occurring in tandem on the land use and DP, as opposed to getting land use well in advance of DP.
