I'm so curious to see what they do with the ground level of the rest of the site. The parkade is staying but are they just going to leave the raw concrete exposed beside the conversion and the eventual rental. I guess they've got some time before people are renting in the first tower, I assume early 2028.

I'm feeling the energy from 1150 Centre and 1215 8th street. That would be my best guess.

Plaza also has a BP application in, so now it's a battle of who will be the first to get a driller on site.

Yes, the 37 storey residential tower on the NorthWest portion of this site will begin shortly. It will have its own brand new 3 storey parkade that connects to the existing 2 storey parkade. I will make an educated guess that excavation will begin in January.

I know I disowned you in the 1150 Centre street thread, but now I am un-disowning you and you've been forgiven. I now count you among my best friends!
