This thing started construction like a year before Kit, is 9 storeys shorter, is wood frame rather than concrete, and yet it appears Kit might just finish construction beforehand.

It just looks a bit tight for the land. I wish the final project all the best.

I like it, very urban feeling. It's shaping up like a modern take on the arms design from 100 years ago. Kind of like this but on an angle and with balconies. I assume won't be a full brick build out either :
