I suspect the sun will bleach it out over time, problem solved?

Perhaps the blue sides will bleach out, especially the east side. The South and West Sides should be partially protected by shadows. The north and underside of balconies will never see the sun. The worst would be if the top, let's say 5 floors, of blue fade and lower floors remain vibrant.

As for the underside of the balconies, I hate it as long as they don't fade. I wouldn't want that on every building, but it adds something unique for the person that's walking along the sidewalk and happens to look up, rather than a bunch of grey slabs that you can see everywhere else in every city.

Tbf our iconic towers are all pretty nice looking. Lots of the fillers are ugly but I find Toronto has some bad ones too
