I like it. It's quaint, and fits 34th ave vibe perfectly.
Marda loop has two personalities. the busy 33rd ave with all modern styled buildings, and 34th ave, the quaint walkable, eclectic avenue. Turning into quite the neighborhood.

There is a lot to like about this development. The scale, height, contrasting architecture. The thin stonework on the front is a bit corny.

I'm pretty sure that website is simply a placeholder. The image of the hotel doesn't match the design documents and looks to be AI generated.
