I liked the colourful terrazzo floors in the lobby, and honestly even the vintage bathrooms.

Bankruptcy Creditor protection and not paying your contractors doesn't speed things along. It personally boggles my mind how they're going to make supposedly high end rentals profitable in this part of downtown, with no balconies or views.
 
wonder how many (tens?) of thousands of units have hit the market while they have managed to seal the building from open air.
