This is one of my favourite projects. I like the lower height for this community. It just seems more livable. I think we could use a lot more four-story buildings; sometimes six stories just seems too much. The large developments in Marta Loop sometimes just seem so overwhelming.

Last construction post of the day. Not a lot of progress since the last post. Hopefully this isn’t installed or anything like that.

I’ve noticed these Eagle Crest projects run at a certain type of pace. Very slow with excavation and slow underground at grade concrete work, but the pace picks up once they start the second floor.
