I never noticed the alterations until you mentioned it. It looks better than the original which is pretty wild considering past and ongoing conversions,.

It is. Confirmed a few times that parking is being retained and the development will use it.
I took these on Sep 28. Not sure if this is what you're looking for as there isn't much actual demolition going on.
