Whatever it turns out to be if it's protruding, you'd think the city could have moved it 2' to the right or a foot to the left so it wasn't in the middle.

That would require thinking, and that's not what the City does.

One another construction related note. A new entrance to something opening onto 17th.

Great they’re adding a 17th Ave entrance, but ultimately it would be nice to see a whole new development and that useless parking lot gone altogether.

This sucks, it's such a unique building, the eve's/roof always remind me of a cruise ship when I was growing up

That entire parking lot should be a patio for beer drinking not for sitting cars.

Totally! I mean, it's what 6 parking spots? The space could be used for so much better. A patio in that spot would be great.
