Oh wow, this is much better than I expected. I was disappointed at the loss of the mid-century modern facade, but the proposed facade looks really good.....so far.

If they go with brick like rendering shows, it’ll be fine. A couple of other things that look promising, the terrace units at the top floor and the transparent glass column presumably for a stair case.

I was wondering if that glass column is a staircase or maybe some of the rooms having floor to ceiling glass?

This seems to be the conversion that has been stripped down the most from the original.
