I guess that marks the 5th conversion completed by the incentive program then! Strange that the local news hasn't mentioned it.Ohh this one is already renting out since start of September, i know a person who moved here. They made available few units which were rented out, also they are offering electricity and internet included in rent and its cheapest out there.
I agree with this. As beautiful as bedroom windows can be, I really prefer to stay in as dark a place as possible for sleep, especially as a shift worker.Personally, I see no issue with a windowless bedroom. Means dark, quiet sleeps. I assume this building has AC too so no need for air movement. Maybe a window could be used for emergency egress, but then what would be the plan be, to scale the building?
The unit just needs to be big enough that the bedroom is only a bedroom. As units get smaller and smaller, often the "bedroom" also doubles as an office, or gym room because there's not enough space. Working 8 hours in a windowless room is a bit depressingPersonally, I see no issue with a windowless bedroom. Means dark, quiet sleeps. I assume this building has AC too so no need for air movement.
