Why is the second picture included in this post? This is a completely different building. The modular building under construction will have a flat roof with a rooftop patio.

This went up fast. It was at ground level when I went in vacay, now it’s topped out.

Someone should make vents in the shape of gargoyles. Time to bring some whimsy back with our mechanical bits.

The facade is so boring that they almost add interest.
I wonder if there's still going to be a mural on the side as depicted? Those panels might not make the best surface for one.
