They may still fix the circle panels that aren't bookmatched. These finer details which the average plebeian doesn't see are the difference between great and average.

Average is sadly good enough for top 3 in office conversions

Aesthetically from the outside I give this an 8.5/10. I like this one a lot. Simple and attractive!

The relatively quick completion rate is nice considering a lot of the Downtown/Beltline new builds still have a ways to go, except for maybe Nest and the Broward off the top of my head.
