Nothing earth shattering but there’s now a second backhoe on site.

So happy to see this moving forward, even though the building design isn’t anything special it’s gonna be nice to have that streetscape filled in.

They have submitted their building permit and partial building permit applications. Pending DP release, it looks like this is very much moving forward

Came here to say the same thing. I’ve heard this is for sure going ahead soon.

Didn't get a picture since I was driving by but this site is now finally fenced in and the equipment has moved from where it's been sitting for the last few weeks, some activity maybe indicating they're about to start.

The partial building permit has just been released for this site. Bp2025-07791. Construction will begin imminently.

Lots of digging going on when I was going by this today, it's started!

Was by there today and this is correct. No digging just a start on scrubbing the site.

Not sure if it's been noted yet or not but excavation has begun in earnest at that site in Kensington along 10th St where the old mid-rise building was condemned and torn down by the city. Not thrilled with the design but still happy to see this gap in the retail street wall get filled in.
