I wish we had wider right-of-ways. Some of the best streets in the world are car sewers with super wide sidewalks

With a drop-off lobby for both towers on 14th and 15th Ave, respectively, is it really necessary to have the parking turnout along Macleod? I already hate the turnout in front of BLVD, so I would hate for this trend to continue.

The duel courtyards are very compact for premium properties. Enough for drop offs but, not for waiting cars.

Most of that time is needed for development approvals. 18 months seems pretty aggressive for something of this scale actually. If they can be under construction by Jan. ‘27 I’ll be thrilled.
 
Yes, we need to remember that excavation can begin before the BP is approved. I think they just need DP approval. So that speeds the timeline a bit.
 
Seems the tallest is now 71 storeys.
