This has been approved. Even in the uncertain climate, I think this goes ahead. Between this, Mancal's down the street likely underway this spring and Sarina's 1900 well underway there are a lot of units coming to 33rd/34th just in time for the Main Streets project to wrap up this fall.

Plus those probably want to get ahead of Marc and Marda.

I am impressed that they are starting excavation so soon after demolition. Many projects in the neighbourhood taking their sweet time.
