The white panels are an atrocity - I can’t believe it. The original design would look ok with some high quality cladding but this is just hideous.

In person the cladding doesn't look awful. Certainly not an atrocity, give me a break. From far away it looks good, up close I'm seeing some issues with seams between panels. It doesn't look like the cladding was installed very well tbh.

That hardie panel does look bad, quite disappointed by that. Brick looks good though, and the building seems bigger than I expected.

Truman seems to be leaning towards getting primed Hardie panels and EasyTrim and painting onsite like they did at 1905 College. Good chance that is what they are doing here.

The white panels on the front of the building look okay. The ones on the back, not so much but it is the back of the building.
