This building rules. Sick brick detailing, has a mews and interacts with the river correctly. good urban design in every way i love it. For a builder and company out of Winnipeg, they just turned out one of the best projects in the city by far. Patios will probably be great. So far, attention to details have been top notch and i hope the landscaping touches are the same. Nice job, hope you and your team do more projects here.

Turned out pretty good, not 100% on the brick colour but love the rest so far.
