Is it not weird to have this so finished before any shovel has touched the ground?

Honestly do what they're doing at 6th Ave and 9th Street downtown. Some affordable modular construction would be great. Only thing is, for affordable housing it isn't close to much other than a Co-op.ready to move the trailers back
True, but they do have MAX Orange service.Honestly do what they're doing at 6th Ave and 9th Street downtown. Some affordable modular construction would be great. Only thing is, for affordable housing it isn't close to much other than a Co-op.
Hopefully Midfield Heights *is* the thing that housing within it will be near. Would be a huge missed opportunity for the region not to make the place a retail hub.Honestly do what they're doing at 6th Ave and 9th Street downtown. It drives me nuts that they do this. I've see so many projects where the city does all the finish work surrounding a site, then the building contractors come in and destroy it, then it has to be done again. Is it not weird to have this so finished before any shovel has touched the ground?
