Another spandrel heavy glass box with balconies positioned to maximise the interior layout. The neighbourhood desperately wants something grander than an engineered multi-family high rise for 500 people. Do something architectural with the cantilevered balconies if you don't want to do it with the shaft of the tower. Symmetry would raise the bar here!

The crane base has been around for three weeks, I thought this weekend we might see a crane go up. Maybe tomorrow.
