It will leave you with 140K to get a pool pass or travel to whatever beach you want to multiple times. Act now and I'll also throw in a 80% reduction in the chance of getting shanked compared to Arris.Yeah, I would hope so. The difference would be that this one is brand new, with a pool and amazing amenities, attached to a full sized grocery store, rather than a 50 year old building.

The older buildings are a much better value imo. They may not look as shiny on the outside, but the fit and finish in a lot of new stuff leaves a lot to be desired, and will look like crap after a few years of use anyway.
