General Construction Updates

Yeah, I would hope so. The difference would be that this one is brand new, with a pool and amazing amenities, attached to a full sized grocery store, rather than a 50 year old building.

I'll take some screenshot next time the add pops up on Insta.
I'll sell you my 850 square foot 2 bedroom, that has a Gaga Pizza attached, is a block away from Coop Midtown AND Community Natural...for $280K. It will leave you with 140K to get a pool pass or travel to whatever beach you want to multiple times. Act now and I'll also throw in a 80% reduction in the chance of getting shanked compared to Arris.

The older buildings are a much better value imo. They may not look as shiny on the outside, but the fit and finish in a lot of new stuff leaves a lot to be desired, and will look like crap after a few years of use anyway.

Not construction related, but just saw an advertisement about Arris... they are seeeriously struggling to sell them things. Apparently putting them up for sale below cost on April 12th. If I wasn't being r*ped by student loans, I'd buy one 😂🤣 420k for 1000 square feet 2 br is pretty insane.
Every single time I drive by the building there's either someone being hauled off in and ambulance or being arrested. The cashiers in the Superstore wear body cams and the winners had armed guards at the doors. Might be the most unsavoury spot in the city. The bargin is not without its costs.

You can find lower in 1970s-80s buildings in the Beltline.

Can you share any more details from the ad? Googling does not reveal much.
