Not the best photo but theres a crane on site and the woodframe has started to go up. Its intresting how the building is square and some of the "Ground floor" units are clearly below grade at the south end of the building. Reminds me of the buildings along 33rd close to Crowchild.

Construction is moving fast on the north building.

Looks like the prep work is being completed on the south building now.

I grabbed a few more images from the alleyway. Its interesting to see how the ATCO building remains unchanged.

Foundation work on the south building is well underway.

It would be nice if they could replace the structure of their building, but I suspect it's likely not that simple. Manifolds, tubing, etc. are probably running on the interior walls, and messing with them at pressure would be somewhat dangerous. They could always build a nicer building shell around it all though.

Grabbed a photo this morning from the north west looking south.

Windows are in, and the exterior work has started.

Building one is almost completed on the outside, and the second to the south is moving quickly. The prefab walls are a game changer for timelines.

That change in materials breaks the structure up so well.

It's actually turning out better than I was expecting from the renderings. It's not a crown jewel, but for its location it'll do.
