I lived in this buidling when I was fresh out of college, had my first big boy job, a bit of cash in my pocket and zero responsibilities. Great location for that phase of my life.

My unit opened up onto the middle courtyard area, where there was a blocked off maintenance access ladder that went up onto the east roof. Being young and somewhat athletic young men, my buddies and I would climb the ladder (despite it being covered by a metal plate) with a case of beer on a warm summer evering and sit above the Julios patio, chatting to the patrons down below. We even convinced one of the servers to pass us up a plate of nachos once, the manager must have been confused that a to-go order was being taken out to the patio 😂

Lived down the street from this for over a decade and had no idea there was a middle courtyard area. That's very disguised!

It kinda sucked to be honest, I dont think it sees the sun at any time of the year.

The units in that north west section of the buidling are all 2 level "townhomes" that either face Kensington Rd, 10A St. or the courtyard
