Is it typical to see a crane up on a 6 storey project? I wonder if they've just hit an economy of scale inflection point, where they can just keep a crane or two running all the time - helps pump out even these shorter projects a lot quicker.

I realize that I will be able to keep tabs on the construction of every single Beltline/LMR project underway at the moment from my balcony. Imperia and Nest only once they reach a certain height. But yeah that's pretty awesome.
